Shipping policy
We process and ship from our warehouse in Southern California or Amazon Fulfillment Center across the U.S.
FedEx Ground shipping takes about 2-7 business days to locations in the Continental United States from our warehouse.
Once an order has been picked up for shipping, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. Any issues while in transit will be addressed with the carrier directly.
We do not refund any shipping costs due to weather delays or other issues that are out of the control of the carrier. Any updates or delays can be checked using the tracking number issued to you when the order is successfully shipped.
Order Processing
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 8 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to follow the progress of the order as it is in transit to the shipping address.
Shipping times are estimated strictly on transit days and do not include processing time.
