Shipping Information
We ship orders from our warehouse in Southern California as well as Amazon Fulfillment Centers located across the United States.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders shipped via FedEx Ground typically arrive within 2–7 business days to destinations within the continental United States. Please note that shipping times reflect transit time only and do not include order processing.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 8:00 AM PST are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Responsibility & Delays
After a package has been handed off to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Any issues occurring during transit must be addressed directly with the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control, and shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases. For updates on your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
